This artistic dish features a sculptural sunflower on the gorgeous raw buff color of the clay.  The bowl was shaped by tearing on the wheel, which was softened down to prevent sharp edges and enhanced by embracing the lovely texture that clay can embody.

It is my hope that when you look at this dish, you find something that warms and softens within you.  May it bring you magic and love that expands your visions of what love should look like.

Emotions Processed:  I pushed myself to make this bowl on my pottery wheel because I wanted to see just how far I could take the clay before it began to buckle under the weight of what I gave over for it to carry.  The tears in the clay were born from the stress it took from me, so I chose to uplift that act through beauty in art.  This dish set is a part of the Bumpy LIme collection, which reminds us to embrace imperfections through love and acceptance.
