This mug was hand painted on my front porch listening the the first of the summer cicadas sing in the trees.  I rocked in my porch swing and worked out some complicated emotional things that weighed heavy on my heart by allowing myself to feel them all the way to the edges before letting them go.  

It is my hope that when you drink from this mug, you find room within yourself to embody your emotions, process them through your body, and let them go like wishes into the wind.
